Counsilman-Hunsaker, in association with Sebree Architects, provided aquatic design expertise for the new Splash Island Aquatic Center. The innovative, family waterpark is comprised of indoor and outdoor recreation pools and numerous water activities.
The outdoor leisure pool includes:
• 5,038 SF L-shaped 25-yard competition pool
• 11,174 SF outdoor leisure pool
• Slide catch pool to accommodate three waterslides
• Current channel
• Vortex
• Water spray fountains
• Interactive water toys
• Zero-beach entry
• Spacious pool deck
The 5,742 SF indoor aquatic center features:
